The Osaki Bravo Duo has a flexible SL-Track system with 2 sets of rollers (The top rollers are a 4D duo roller mechanism and the bottom quad rollers are a 2D roller mechanism). The Osaki Maestro has a 4D quad roller mechanism from the neck to the glutes and is an SL-Track system.
The Osaki Bravo Duo has a more stronger/aggressive massage on the neck and to the lower back due to the 4D rollers but the bottom 2D rollers for the lower back to glutes are much softer than the Osaki Maestro massage chair. On the Bravo Duo bottom 2D roller mechanism you get what you get and cannot control it nor make it more stronger/aggressive.
The Osaki Maestro has a decent lower back stretch but the Bravo Duo beats the Maestro in the stretch program.
The Osaki Bravo Duo has a open toe ottoman and the Osaki Maestro has a closed toe ottoman (closed toe ottoman up to size 13 maximum).
The compression arm massage on both chairs are very compatible.
The Bravo Duo has a seat width of 19" and the Maestro has a seat width of 17".
The Minimum doorway width for the Bravo Duo is 32" and the Minimum doorway width for the Maestro is 28"
